One of the best place in Korea to see old original buildings (as most of cities have been destroyed during japanese invasions or the korean war): Hahoe village. Quite remotely located, surounded by mountains, this quiet place has kept a good traditional aspect without becoming too touristy. We enjoyed walking around. As the village is still occupied by 200 people, it's hard to know if the houses are open to the public or somebody's property! We also visited the mask museum, interesting to see that the mask culture is shared by a lot of people across the globe, way before they entered in relation. Funny note on the way back, we missed the bus as it left 10min...earlier than the scheduled time! Another guy from Switzerland got screwed too and we all had to wait another 1h30 for the next one. Thank you korean buses!
